1. License and access

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You must comply with these Terms and any applicable third-party terms, including the App Store terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• You may only use the App if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.
• By using the App, you represent that you meet any age and eligibility requirements in your region.

3. Account and security (if applicable)

• Some features may require an account or profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

4. Virtual items and in-app purchases

• The App may offer virtual items, currency, or other digital content that can be earned or purchased ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world goods.
• All purchases are processed by the App Store provider and are subject to its terms and policies. We do not access your full payment information.
• All sales of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any refunds, if offered, are granted at our sole discretion or as required by Apple's policies or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or hacks, or interfere with the normal operation of the App.
• Harass, threaten, or otherwise harm other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App, or to certain features, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably suspect misconduct.

6. User content (if applicable)

If the App allows you to submit content (such as usernames, avatars, or other materials):

• You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with the App and our promotional activities.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws or these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

• All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including graphics, gameplay, code, and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
• You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

• The App may integrate or link to third-party services, such as analytics, ads, social features, or stores.
• Use of such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the App will be limited to the amount you have paid for use of the App (if any) during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, or to certain features, at any time and for any reason, including if we stop providing the App or believe you violated these Terms.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App will end, and you may lose access to Virtual Items and progress, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

• We may update or modify the App at any time, including by adding, changing, or removing features.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes
